Clay model

For my model I wanted to do something unusual so I decided to make a shark. I started by using the wire to follow the path of a normal shark skeleton. I then added extra pieces on the bottom and in the middle of it for extra support, though the final model is still fairly heavy. After applying the clay to the spine and fin areas I needed to work on the mouth. Since I knew I couldn’t get it exactly like a shark skeleton I made the mouth wide and had the jaw connect  to the top of the head with 3 pieces of clay, I then poked holes for the eyes and added teeth.
